Cleans, Chin-ups, Ring Dips

  • Clean, 20 reps
Warm-up with 3-5 sets of 3-5 reps. Then choose a weight that will be challenging for 10 reps and complete 20 reps with good technique only. You must stay connected to the bar throughout the reps but you can readjust your grip when needed.

Then,

Five rounds for max reps of each:
  • Chin-ups, NO kipping
  • Rest 90 seconds
  • Ring Dips
  • Rest 90 seconds
Post load and reps for each round to Message Board.
