Deadlift and "Cindy"


"Whole grains are known to disrupt vitamin D metabolism in the body."- Paleo Diet

  • Deadlift 20 reps*
Rest and then,

Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as possible of:
  • "Cindy"
  • 5 Pull-ups
  • 10 Push-ups
  • 15 Squats
*For the Deadlift warm-up with 2-3 sets of 3-5 reps with a weight that will likely challenge you for 12-15 reps and Deadlift that for 20 reps.

Post load and completed rounds to the Message Board.

A visitor from Kansas spent some time training with us over the holiday break. What did you end up doing on your break? Did you train or did you take some time off to catch up on eating?
