- Deadlift 20 reps*
Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as possible of:
- "Cindy"
- 5 Pull-ups
- 10 Push-ups
- 15 Squats
Post load and completed rounds to the Message Board.
Check out the Message Board for info on the Paleo Challenge (info will be on the board by this evening). The Challenge will start next Wednesday. There will be a meeting on Monday, 11 January at Noon and 6PM. The meeting will last for 15-20 minutes and will cover the highlights of the Paleo Diet.
