Three rounds of:
  • 45 seconds Wall ball (20/14), 10 ft target
  • Rest 15 seconds
  • 45 seconds Sumo deadlift high-pull, (75/55)
  • Rest 15 seconds
  • 45 seconds Box jump, 20" box
  • Rest 15 seconds
  • 45 seconds Push-press, (75/55)
  • Rest 15 seconds
  • 45 seconds Row
  • Rest 1 minute
One point given for each rep, except on the rower where each calorie is one point.

Post total points for each round to the Message Board.
