I was reminded of the importance in telling everyone about the material I post here and talk about in the gym. Please remember that Ankit, Carissa, and myself do not endorse any nutrition or fitness program. What we do is make suggestions for athletes that not only appear but verbally state that they are in good health and physically capable of handling the demands of a high intensity fitness regime. Not having a magic ball, not being psychic, and unable to read minds or look directly into bodies, otherwise unable to see any sickness or injury, we also suggest ways to improve the athletes current nutritional choices. There are many ways to achieve results in fitness and nutrition, short-lived as they may be and a lot of them suck and aren't worth snail poop. What we use at our facility are the training techniques and choices in food that have been proven to work not only for high level athletes but for the everyday working Dick and Jane. These are techniques and food choices that have been placed under scientific and practical research from different labs and fitness professionals. The material I place at the top of each day's post and the workout is for informational purposes only. It's information that I think is interesting. It is up to each individual reading this material to do their due diligence by reading more material on the subject, hence labeling the reference from which I gathered the information, before making a decision on whether or not to follow the posted information. If you're sick, deconditioned, or unsure of whether or not you should do or follow anything posted here or told you by any of the above listed individuals, then seek a Licensed Doctor's approval first.
