Push Jerk 3x5


Welcome back to the gym. We have a a great year ahead.

  • Push Jerk 5-5-5
Rest and then,

Three rounds for time of:
  • 20 Push presses (M:105-125/W:75-85)
  • 15 Pull-ups
  • 10 Ring dips
Post loads and time to Message Board.

Here's the skinny on the gym news.
  1. Unfortunately we were unable to do any major remodeling in the gym due to the low temperatures (paint freezes) and I was as lazy as I could be during my break. We did however move a platform and some equipment around so familiarize yourself when you come back.
  2. The Paleo Challenge with details will be posted on the Message Board by Tuesday.
  3. The printer is working on the new design for the hoodies. I will let you know when we have a picture for your viewing pleasure.
  4. And the best for last....we won't be freezing our asses off in the gym this winter. The heat will be turned on Tuesday. It's not going to be tropical in the gym but it will be a lot warmer than last year. So, be sure to dress warm and in layers. You can always peel off layers when you get warm. Also bring a dry shirt and beanie to change into after class. Hypothermia can grab your ass at any time.
