Squat Snatch and "Randy"


  • Squat Snatch 2-2-2
Rest and then,
  • "Randy"
  • 75 pound Snatch, 75 reps for time.
Your elbows must be locked out when receiving the bar overhead. If you can't do this wod in under 5 minutes with good technique then reduce the load or reps.

Have you thought about your goals for 2010? What about just for January? Due to the holidays we weren't able to get to the goals in December so we're going to give you guys some extra time and test for them in January. If you didn't put a goal on the board, put one up there by Monday.
The heat is on in the gym and it doesn't take long to get warm so be sure to dress accordingly.
Our last On-Ramp class started last night. It will only be 6 sessions and those guys will be joining the Elements group right after for the rest of the month. Starting in February we will be offering a 3 session private training intro to get folks started in the gym.
